it seems caching was a problem.
BUT, when I change the setting to show date (second option) then the "entry" is back.
I have cleared the cache and also tried on another browser, so this is should not be the problem.

Hi Peter,

If you choose the URL Format For Entry View to Date Based, it will append the 'entry' to the link where this is the default behavior.

But, maybe you add in the next version the possibility with "date" and without "entry"?
