If I understand your question correctly, do you mean that you want to remove the ' - Your Favorite Blog ' from your browser tab? (Kindly refer the 1st screenshot)

If yes, you can disable the 'Append Title On Browser' which is at Backend > EasyBlog > Settings > SEO > General. (Kindly refer the 2nd screenshot)
