Remove BLOG TITLE & BLOG DESCRIPTION

Is it possible to remove the blog title and blog description from our blog I have attempted to leave them blank but this doesnt work and a default of EasyBlog & This is some blog description about this site is being added.

If I dont want to display this please can you tell me how? I have looked in layouts but cant see anything

Hi Leon,
The settings to disable these are at Settings>Layout>Toolbar>General
Enable Headers Above Toolbar
Enable Headers Description Above Toolbar
I have also attached a screenshot of the settings page for your reference.
