Hi

On my site I have a number of pages I don't want the normal blog header showing. For example a wiki page, where it wouldn't make sense to put the user profile banner at the top of the page, along with a menu

I've hunted around and the only way I can see to remove these is to create a custom template.

Is this the only way this can be done, or is there an easier way eg an option I can switch off somewhere?

The capture.jpg file attached shows the bit I'd like to remove for some pages eg the following page
https://weather.net.nz/services/website-hosting

The pages I'd like to remove the header from are all within separate categories, so it would work to remove them at category level if that was possible

If I can get this sorted then I can remove K2 from my site ;-)

Cheers and thanks
I already help you disabled this setting from backend > Easyblog > setting > integration > Easysocial > Display Author's Mini Header - NO , that mini header shouldn't appear on the blog entry page now.

By the way, I realised you have enabled cache system and JCH optimise plugin, if you have disable some of the setting from the backend, it might be not affected on the frontend, so you have to make sure you have temporary disable those cache and JCH plugin then clear the cache from backend.

After that you see those changes on the frontend, then you can enabled back.

Hi

Thanks for that. It wasn't quire what I was after - I was hoping to keep the mini header on some pages (so perhaps turning it off by category), but what you have done will probably work. I'll have a further play with it over the weekend!

Have a good weekend
Cheers
Andrew

Hm, it seems like currently that is not possible to set only display mini header in certain article page.

Alright, keep us update if you need other assistance on this.
