Remove Block Users?

I don't want my users to be able to block or report other users within the site. Not sure how to remove or disengage this on a website level.
Also is there a way to add text to the conversation / envelope icon button? It is not entirely clear to know what it is with just an icon.

I don't want my users to be able to block or report other users within the site. Not sure how to remove or disengage this on a website level.

You can achieved this by going to Backend>Components>EasySocial>Settings>User>General ' Allow User To Block Other Users ' as you can see here https://screencast.com/t/eICWxj0lfP

Also is there a way to add text to the conversation / envelope icon button? It is not entirely clear to know what it is with just an icon.

You can do some modifications in this file .../components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/helpers/user/user.conversation.php

Please give it a try and see how it goes.
