Nose because it stopped the remote storage that was very good, there was a blocked table that said gaf2j_community_photo and unlocked it and from there stopped, which may have happened
Hey Lucio,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Hm, sorry but I don't quite understand your question. Do you mean you want EasySocial to use remote storage or?

The table #__community_photos that you mentioned isn't a table from EasySocial. I believe it is from jomsocial.

And another reason why I presume that you are not passing the photos to Amazon S3, is because the hosting is growing rapidly when in theory should not grow so fast because the photos are happening or synchronizing with Amazon, is it correct?

Hey Lucio,

I have checked the site and it looks like most of the photos are already uploaded to Amazon. I tried to look into FTP and most of these folders only contain an index.html file which is smaller than 1kb, http://take.ms/DUTvj

Can you check which folder contains images?

All these folders weigh more than 1MB and they are many, I do not know if they are temporary folders that later are going to pass Amazon or they stay, I can not understand well yet. Thanks for your help.

This is the route where all those folders are:

public_html/media/com_easysocial/photos/2847

Here is the other route where there are also avatars, which I do not know if they are used, hopefully they can help me. Thank you

public_html/images/avatar

Hi Lucio,

After investigating for a while, I found out that there are duplicate images in .../media/com_easysocial/photos/2845 to 2853(9 folders total), which the albums and its photos no longer exist(http://take.ms/UbNjD).

After consulting with my colleague, it looks like these folders were most likely image duplicates that were created during the previous migration process which he have deleted the records from the database, but did not do so in the ftp.

I can help you delete these unused folders. However, can you perform a backup first on those folders as a precaution before I delete them?

Let me know once you have backup those folders. Thanks.

For ../images/avatar, these files are not coming from EasySocial so we can't really provide any solid advice here.
