Remote publishing from Apple IPAD email client

Has anyone seen or reported issues remote blogging from an Apple IPAD email client.

The maill arrives and sits in the mail inbox. It is read by Easyblog as the status changes from UNREAD to READ and when I run "debug=1" I get no debug output when the email is NEW and I get the "no UNREAD found" debug output.

The same email can then be forwarded from other email clients and still fails. Fresh posts from the other clients work.
Just to confirm.

Using an IPHONE with Apple mail app - mails are detected (marked READ) but not blogged.
Using the same IPHONE with Yahoo Mail app - mails are detected and blogged.

If it helps.......

The email from the Iphone Mail App has an attachment called "image.jpeg" - this is the email that doesn't work - it is not blogged at all.

The email from the Iphone Yahoo Mail app has the same attachment called "image.jpg" - this email does work - it is blogged with the image.

Hello Martin,

So sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We do have this issue actually. It is actually related to the email format. Emails from iPhone Mail App with images are multipart/mixed and somehow imap has issue reading the contents of the post. The emails are retrieved but as the contents aren't readable so teh blogs aren't posted. I'm sorry but we will need sometimes to figure out how to bypass this. I have alerted Mark to this issue and we will try to solve it as soon as possible.
