If you are referring to the Relationship Field in version 1.1.6, it allows you to define your relationship status in your profile.

If you are referring to the Relationship App in version 1.2 RC 4, then please post 1.2 related inquires/issues in our issues platform instead of our forums. The app is used handle relationship's field generated stream and notification.
