I am really sorry for the delay of this reply.

Unfortunately it is not possible to turn off image or placeholder image in related post section currently in easyblog.

Is it possible to automatically or manually assign the image from the blog it is referring to?

There are still issues when there is no image in the article.
Or am I missing something? Would be best to turn off the placeholder?
Or may be don't show the article when there is no image in the article.
