Related module only works when you viewing a single blog entry on your site and the blog post contain tags that are associated with other blog post across your site. I've checked most of your blog post does not have any tags yet so it will not associated together and shown in related post module.

Ah, its tag based...
I think, it would be better to use the title or keywords within the content.
Any chance to get this module updated?

Relationship between articles are determined by their tags. We will not change this behavior, unfortunately.
