You can change the settings at the backend in Components > Profiles Type > [Default Profile Type] > Registration. Change registration setting to require user activation, and the user will receive an activation email when they create a new account on your site. How can i change to a profile the profile type.
Like if a have simple member type and programmer,
the default is simple, you make account like default (simple) and i want to change it to programmer,
how can i do it ?
It should be option in the profile but there isnt any.

If I understand you correctly, you want to change the profile type for user isn't? You can do this from the backend > EasySocial > Users > switch profile. Here is my screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/1wws9iUGPu .
