Yep, it is disabled on mobile by default because Google is penalizing sites that pops up on mobile devices. We try our best to follow guidelines provided by Google to ensure that your sites do not get penalized.

We did thought about having a smaller popup but it would defeat the purpose of the plugin altogether because the role of the plugin is to get users to see the sign up form

But in this case, to prevent others posts on your forum similare to this one or/and to inform your users, you can write some text in the .xml file: after installation of the plugin, a text can inform the user that this plugin is hidden on mobile device... of cours, it's just a suggestion :-)

That's true,you can add description details to avoid confusions. You can take a look to picture 1.jpg, no informations about mobile devices.
