Registration Requester Plugin is showing on the front login page. Could you please let me know how can I stop showing on the frontpage.

It seems that those plugin are doing their job currently. Can you explain on what you required above? Please advice.

Yes, but sometimes it shows on the login page and sometimes it wont.

Yes it is. it is it current behavior as it will not shown those twice as those viewer IP session is recorded and it will not pop-up until their session ended as you can see here http://take.ms/oMpgS. This checking is to avoid popping up multiple times.
