I am testing registration. The test user receives the confirmation of their initial registration, but the administrator does not receive an email notifying him that a new user is requesting approval of their registration. Cronjob has been setup and is operating fine.
The problem was with the email configuration file maintained by my hosting provider. They fixed it for me.

Hello William,

Have you tried to enable the following setting from your backend > easysocial > profile types > registered user?

If yes, can you provide us with joomla backend and FTP access so we can directly check on the issue?
