When I try to create a new profile, I get an invalid email address error and the emails addresses I'm using are new. It takes multiple tries to work or I have to just try and continue. Also I put more than the four characters required in the username field and sometimes I get an error message. This could confuse and frustrate a new user. Please see screenshots.

Please check the settings for this field in backend -> EasySocial -> Profiles -> Select Profile -> Custom Fields -> Click on the Joomla Email field to load up the configuration.

But I think it is loaded up, do I need to uninstall JomSocial? I just migrated over.

You do not need to uninstall JomSocial.

What do you mean it is loaded up? I meant that check the field settings to see if the settings are correct (allowed domain, disallowed domain etc)
