I just noticed (I think just since 1.4.1 upgrade) that when someone registers on my site now, all questions can be answered with the first registration step but it still has the user go through 2 more steps asking the same question (confirming profile type). Is there a way to eliminate those last 2 steps (or at least the 3rd step as its redundant)?
looks like I had a custom field that was empty so I deleted it..so that did the trick thanks.

Is there a way (using the pop-up registration module) that the new user gets the screen that shows all the possible profile types, with avatars, instead of just saying your are registered as General and do you want to change it?

Hi Peter,

I am not entirely sure what do you mean by the steps are redundant during registration. If you mean the steps as in my screenshot here, you can actually hide or remove the steps from your backend > easysocial > profile types > select your profile type > custom fields and follow my screenshot here to hide the steps during registration, http://screencast.com/t/svJ6GTyG .

Hey Peter,

Thanks for updating, glad that your issues are resolved now. Unfortunately right now it's not possible to display the profile type selection in a popup.

I dont want to show it in the pop-up, just have it as the first step in the registration process after they fill out the brief pop-up form..make sense?
