Regarding the Easydiscuss ask form not showing issue, I noticed you have created a template override file for this ask page JoomlaFolder/templates/shaper_helixultimate/html/com_easydiscuss/ask/default.php so caused this issue (screenshot: https://monosnap.com/file/1NTk2zl3boppT688eW3YuDZ3PVHJKf )

Can you rename this default.php file and see how it goes?

And one more question: Do they have a description of how the page can be translated into another language?

Do you mean that you would like to show Hungarian language translation on the Easydiscuss page?

If yes, it seems like this Hungarian language only translated 75%, you can update this from the backend > Component > EasyDiscuss > language
