Dear,

My site has three languages, but only when I click on the Register link of the Easyblog menu when I'm at the english site, the registration works. For the other languages I get the message that too many redirect occurred for ig. http://www.le-lievre.com/index.php/cz/component/users/?view=login for the Czech language. Same I have for the Flemish language /be while for the English its working fine.

Any suggestion here how I can avoid this?
I do have the Czech language installed in Easysocial too.

Thanks,
Luc
Hello Luc Le Lievre,

Sorry for late reply to this,
It seems like you have set Czech/Flemish language Easysocial dashboard only registered user can access, so when you try to access the registration page, then it will failed because the public user do not have the permission, unless you create a separate Easysocial registration layout menu item and set to public access, so it will work.

By the way, I have help you created 3 language hidden menu in your site and created the Easysocial registration menu item, it should work fine now. Please have a check.

Arlex,

Thank you for the help. Much appreciated.
Just that I understand this correctly, where or how have I set the EasySocial Dashboard to restricted/registered users? Or is it just because I didn't had a public menu for it at all?

Hello Luc Le Lievre,

Sorry for late reply to this,
You're welcome, by default if the admin didn't create "Easysocial Registration menu item", it will directy look at the "Easysocial dashboard menu item" <-but this menu item access admin set to registered user

So that, the non-member user click on register, the system will keep load the page, because there already no allow non-member user to access "Easysocial dashboard menu item".

Unless you create "Easysocial Registration menu item" and this menu item is set to public access, so the system will know that got 1 menu item call registration menu item, then it will redirect to this page.

Hope this you will understand more.
