My bloggers are not receiving emails after registering. I have checked everything I am aware of, including setting up a curl cron (wget not supported). Need some help please.

Hello Scott,
The registration user is actually controlled by Joomla. Same goes to email notification about the new user registered. Hope this helps clarify the situation.
