Hello Darko,

Sorry for late reply to this,
Can i have your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this? Please advise.
Also can i have the permission to help you reinstall the EasySocial again if needed?

Hi Arlex

The Backend access is provided in the form.
Unfortunately, i can not provide you with FTP access because of the company policy that implies using VPN for access to our servers. I simply dont have access to SOA so i cant issue the keys for you, but you can install something like exTplorer or similar joomla file manager. It will work just fine.

Also, you can reinstall as needed. I have regular backups and all our customizations are in override folders so no worries about that.

Hello Darko,

After debugging long time, it seems like your homepage that quick registration only available email address and password field, when i check from your full registration, you have a lot of custom field also required to filled in, if not the registration is won't complete.

Can you try set all the custom field to required No except email address and password and see how it goes? Check my screenshot below. Please advise.

Darko,

What happens if you disable the Finder plugin called easysocialusers?

Hello Darko,

I am sorry for the late reply.
I am sorry for the confusion earlier. What my colleague means is that you need to set registration mode to full in order to satisfy your required fields. I have helped you set this settings: Joomla > Components > EasySocial > Settings > Regisration > Mini Registration: Mode = Full. Now your site's regisration is working correctly and can you check it for me is this issue is still persist? Please do update us back.

Looking forward to hear from you again.
Hope this will help.
Thanks.

Hello Mohd

Hi @Jordan

Thanks for looking into this. I've been fiddling with the fields and while i figured out what was wrong
Quick registration obviously requires at least 3 fields otherwise finder plugin will fail
Those fields are
- name
- email
- password
If these 3 fields are in place, quick registration will work. In any other case, quick registration will fail as finder plugin dont have enough parameters to index a user
So, i reverted back to quick registration, added name name field to quick registration, and forced users to populate all other fields after registration.
This works quite nicely. So as a suggestion, you might want to consider forcing these 3 fields on quick registration
