Hi,

We have recently purchased easySocial and are having a problem with the registration.

Our site is at http://demonew.online-communities.org/index.php and when we select "Register your account today" we are asked to "Please Login First".

You can access the back-end using the attached credentials.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Carly
Hey Carly,

The reason that you are hitting errors on the registration is because you have enabled the "quick" registration mode where users can quickly sign up but you did not assign any custom fields to appear on the form

I have configured this for you and it works fine now

Hi Mark,

Thanks for the reply.

We are new to EasySocial - instead of the quick registraton we really want the new users to register on the site but go through a full registration where they will need to fill in our custom fields. How would we go about doing this?

Thanks
Carly

Hey Carly,

Thanks for getting back to me on this and glad that your issues are resolved now By the way, in case anyone else is wondering how to convert to the full registration mode, this can be done by accessing Settings > Registration
