Using joomla 3 after a user registers and clicks on the url to activate the user gets this notice:
Registration failed: Verification code not found. The user does not get this notice if he copies and paste the url from the verification email into the same browser window that gives you the notice that you've been sent an email to activate. How can this be avoided, most people have a email client that will open their default browser window which may not be the same page as the notice.

Thanks in advance.
Hello Roberto,

Hm, not really sure how is this related to EasyDiscuss because EasyDiscuss does not handle registrations. When you click on the registration link in EasyDiscuss, it simply links you to the registration form in Joomla.

Is that it? That's all the support I'll get on this issue?

Not really sure what were you expecting eh? If the issue is related to EasyDiscuss, we'll fix it or help you by all means but this is something that is not within our control.

Of course this is related to easydiscuss, it wasn't a random Joomla question. It will help if you asked questions or offer guidance as to where within the easydiscuss settings I could look.

Sorry but I think there are some confusions here and perhaps I wasn't explaining correctly, my bad. EasyDiscuss doesn't have any registration forms or registration functionality.

When you click a link to register from EasyDiscuss, all it does is redirect the user to Joomla's registration page. From then on, EasyDiscuss has absolutely no control over the whole sign up behavior.

When you sign up on your site, those e-mails are generated by Joomla's registration system and not EasyDiscuss.

Hm, i think there is really nothing to be configured. When you click on that activation link sent by Joomla, it should already work. I just tested this with a fresh installation of Joomla 3.6.5 with no extensions or plugins and it works fine.
