Hi,

We have set up custom fields for registration on our site and have several users who have now registered, is there a way to introduce a new custom field and prompt the existing users next time they login to complete the new custom field.

Hey Carly,

There is a "profile completion" feature in EasySocial for this Go to Settings > Users > Display. Under the "User Profile" section:

1. Turn on "Check for profile completion"
2. Action on incomplete field should be set to "Redirect to edit profile page".
