Registration Approval Email should not have the "e-mail alerts" Footer.

Hello

The email sent when a user account is approved by an administrator should not have the "You are receiving this email because you have enabled e-mail alerts in your profile" footer.

It does not make sense, and other registration email don't have it.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Download the attached file and upload it into /administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/user/ to fix this
