Registered users can't post blog even though they are allowed in ACL.

I have two issues wrt easy blog installation (http://www.sheellegal,com)-
1. Registered users can't post blog even though they are allowed in ACL. It gives 400 issue. Super users can post the blog
2. The toolbar is disfigured and showing a lot wider

Please do needful.
