I have created a user menu for registered users.

When you click on the BLOG or any menu item in the USER MENU associated with the blog, the drop user menu does not work on the mobile menu on cell phone and ipad.

I have this same issue with my other domain http://www.ten99alliance.com.
I have a support license for this domain also but I still do not know where to enter the admin login and ftp access because it is NOT CLEAR on how to do this. I NEED HELP so I dont have to keep entering this info over and over. Everyone keeps telling me I am missing this info!!! Frustrated.
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Hm, i am not really sure which registered mobile menu item you referring and I am checking on your ponderwithxx site then i noticed you do not have allow registration from your site, you can check my attached screenshot below.

If that is not you referring, perhaps you can elaborate more details regarding this so I can help you check on this?

No, its not fixed on another site. http://www.ten99alliance.com. Its in my site details.

When you click on the BLOG tab or any menu item in the USER MENU associated with the blog, the drop USERMENU does not work on the mobile menu on cell phone and ipad.

Please tell me how to fix so this doesn't happen on other sites.

What are you using to generate that dropdown for user menu? It looks like on EasyBlog pages the script / plugin isn't running.

I am using the standard Joomla drop menu that comes with the core. Please help me fix this issue. Its fixed on http://www.ponderwithpaula.com but not on http://www.ten99alliance.com. See attachments. Attachement 111 is when you are on any page (home) besides the blog page (newsboard), you can see the usermenu drop arrow. Attachment 222 is when you are on the blog page (newsboard) and then you cannot see the usermenu drop arrow. This only happens when using the mobile menu on ipad/cell.

Also, my client is IRATE and so am I. Someone from your team took this site http://www.ten99alliance.com that was offline and left it online after you logged in. This is unacceptable, especially that this is a legal site. My client had to bring it to my attention that the site was online! How do I ensure that you will put things back the way they were when you are in there helping me with my websites? This is so careless.

hey there,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

I have no ideas why previously I was unable to connect with your FTP server, but now I can connected.

I didnt fix http://www.ponderwithpaula.com. you did. If i knew how to fix it I would of fixed it on http://www.ten99alliance.com

To be honestly, I didn't apply any fix from your site (http://www.ponderwithpaula.com) before.

However, I did tried troubleshoot these 2 different template (j51_grafik && j51_ashley) from your site, but it seems both codes look similar and I couldn't find out why this template (j51_grafik) can't retrieve the child menu item from the page.

I also tried to download both template through your FTP server, then i installed it from my locally, it seems work fine when i use this template (j51_ashley) without cofigure anything.

You can take a look this video here : http://screencast.com/t/PjmqNboTp

I believe you did something from this site (http://www.ponderwithpaula.com), perhaps you can attach this template (j51_ashley) fresh installer zip file so I can help you do some comparison which file did modified before so at least we can look for this clue.
