Indeed this is exactly my point. The error is not consistent and only some people experience it. I checked and they are using a scala of different OS and browsers so that cannot be the issue.

Would it be possible that it is due to the fact that the site runs on http://moojmooj.com/thevilla whereas the public URL is http://www.thevillacommunity.club (masked forward)

Could it be a licensing issue?

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I have tried to register using both the provided urls below and I don't seem to hit any errors:

When registering via either of these domains, the registration works just fine. I have created 2 different accounts using both the urls. Not really sure how to reproduce this issue on the site. Are there any specific errors that you received?
