I have bought Payplans today. i would like to know how to sell digital products from Payplans. i will explain in details below

1. Am selling Digital products like you (am selling Joomla templates in my website)
2. I want to know how the products added to subscriber dashboard after subscription?
(I have read the docs but this point not mentioned in docs)

I have read the step by step documentation provided in below link

but i don't know how to configure it, if any team members with you please let me know i can share my site admin access you guys can help me with this.

Hello Vijyanand,

To implement the subscription system in which products are downloadable, then with PayPlans you need to use any third party component which handles the download of those products. PayPlans have integration with these extension JDownlaods, PhocaDownload, DocMan. You can choose any extension among suggested above which suits your needs.

Are you using any extension for download products.

Thank you for your Clarification, am using K2 blog and all my products are added in K2 attachment section. is there any option for this? i have read k2 item access control seems we can only hide the item by using this.

Hello,

Using K2 Item access control, only intro text will shown, attachment will remain hidden if user is not subscriber.
Please try it and let me know if you have any confusion.

i don't want to hide the text. what i want exactly is, i have 18+ joomla templates in my site product pages are added in K2, and i have 3 plans below

  • Free plan,
  • 6months plan
  • Life time plan


when customers subscribed the plan they should able to download the template from dashboard is this possible with K2 or i need to add additional plugins like jdownloads or something like this?

Hello,

If you don't want to hide text then k2 app will not work in your case.
Please check your requirement with Jdownload plugin, if it will work for you then use it.
