Make sure you have the plugin downloaded from our app store: https://stackideas.com/apps/item/3337-registration-requester
Then, you can install the registration requester plugin in Joomla's extension manager just like how you install other extensions/plugins(http://take.ms/gysRs).

Do you mean that you want to remove some custom fields in the requester form? If yes, you can disable the 'Appear in Mini Registration' setting for those custom fields in the profile type(http://take.ms/Mp5hX), then they will no longer show in the mini registration form.
