-> Correct me if I'm wrong here, do you mean that how is it possible to go to spam mailbox once user register to the site? If yes, This is actually controlled by the email provider itself. Users must permit the email from your easysocial site to "not spam" or something related with the spam prevention setting.

Is it any option the activation code should be appering the website and also mail id

-> Sorry, I'm not quite get what you mean here Do you mean you want activation code appear after user finish fill the registration form? If yes, unfortunately, there is no option for that currently.
