Hello,
I have purchased Easy Discuss about an hour ago but despite 3 contacts made with your helpdesk/sales, I can't download the product I just paid for.

Since I need to migrate a site to J3 this weekend, I'll need to find an alternative to Easy Discuss.

Therefore, I'm going to request a refund.
