Referral instance installation error

I get the following error when attempting to create Referral instance..

This issue is with php 7.1 only. With all bellow php veriosn I not reported this error.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is actually a public day off for us here. I have applied some fixes for you in the file /plugins/payplans/referral/referral/app/referral/elements/referralmodifier.php and it will render correctly now.

This was already fixed in PayPlans 4.0
