Redirection from "homepage" to "blog" when clicking on featured article

Hello,
Is it possible to have a redirection when clicking on a featured blog post displayed in the homepage.
When I Click on the article it displays on the homepage and I have that url :
xxx.com/EasyBlog/article
I'd like to have
xxx.com/Blog/article
I tried to change the word "easyblog" to "blog" in the file : /components/com_easyblog/sef_ext/com_easyblog.php
but it still doesn't work.
I have sh404SEF installed but I don't how to proceed to change that.
Can somebody help me

I have made some changes in the backend -> EasyBlog -> Settings -> SEO -> Advanced settings Please take a look at your site now. Hope this helps.
