Hello,
Is it possible to have a redirection when clicking on a featured blog post displayed in the homepage.
When I Click on the article it displays on the homepage and I have that url :
xxx.com/EasyBlog/article
I'd like to have
xxx.com/Blog/article
I tried to change the word "easyblog" to "blog" in the file : /components/com_easyblog/sef_ext/com_easyblog.php
but it still doesn't work.
I have sh404SEF installed but I don't how to proceed to change that.
Can somebody help me
Thank you

Hello,

As I'm trying to configure easyblog for 2 languages, I created a category for the blog in french with subcategories and for the menu link "blog" I chose "display category". The problem is, when people click on a blog post they are redirected in the homepage.
Can You tell me what I have to do to have the entire post displayed in the "blog-fr" section of the website ?
Thank You

Hello,
Sorry for the delay.
I have another request concerning the blog. Is It possible to have "featured posts" in french on the french side of the site and "featured posts" in Brazilian on the other side of the site ?
If It's not possible, I'd like the showcase slider to display the posts of the category "favoris-fr" on the french side of the site and on the brazilian side of the site i'd like it to display the category "favoritos-br".
There is an image to help you understand what I want to do :

Hello,
Thank You for your answer.

I still have the homepage redirection problem when I click on a blog post.
I'd like them to appear on the menu "blog" page instead of the homepage".
Now the url is :
http://www.xxx.com/fr/accueil/articletitle
and I would like
--> http://www.xxx.com/fr/blog/articletitle

For the featured slider I would like it on the top of the menu "blog" page, just before the blog posts.

Thank You!

hello Adelene,

Thank you very much for your quick reply.
Unfortunately, there is still a problem when I click on the blog posts on the homepage.

When I click on a post title on the homepage of the site, the full article opens in the same homepage, I'd like it to open in the blog menu of the site. Otherwise, the same content appears on two differents URLs which is not good for SEO.

For instance on the Portuguese side of the site, if you take the article "test", its URL is "http://www.mysitename.com/pt/blog/test" on the blog page and "http://www.mysitename.com/pt/home/test" on the homepage.

I would like to have only one URL for the blog posts on both the homepage and the blog page :

In addition to that, I would like to know if it's possible to have the featured article slider on top of the blog menu page displaying the content of "favoritos-br" category on the Portuguese side of the site and the same slider displaying "favoris-fr" category on the French side of the site.

Thank You for your answer!
