Redirection after updating or creating new post

I would like to change the redirection page after creating a new post or updating an existing post on the front end... This is confusing my authors.. I would like to be redirected to the page I am creating or updating not to the page that lists all of the posts.

I believe you have the same inquiry with this ticket http://stackideas.com/forums/after-edit-blog-post,-redirect-to-the-post-itself-is-is-possible . Unfortunately, this is not possible currently.
