Right after my purchase and installation of EasySocial the Joomla frontend started not to work. The web hoster told that there is a redirect loop on my webpage and he suggests to take EasySocial out of use. Could you please help whether there is any other choice or do I have to call for my money back?
Hello Jarmo,

This does seem like it's just a minor setup issues. Can you please provide us with the back end and FTP access to the site so that I can check this out for you?

This was caused by the following: Installation created the item Community to the main menu of my webpage with SuperUser rights. My webpage is only for registered people. When I turned that SuperUser to Public, loop disappeared and everything seems now fine.

Hello Jarmo,

Thanks for updating and I am glad that your issues are resolved now Yes, that's because if you set the menu to other than public, then all menu id associated to EasySocial will be associated with this menu.
