Thanks for getting back to us on this but I am not entirely sure how to reproduce this error. This is what I did to try to reproduce the error:

1. Accessed the categories page at http://www.financeglobe.com/index.php/blog/categories
2. Clicked on the second and 3rd page and they seem to be working fine for me. These are the 2 urls that is being generated:

http://www.financeglobe.com/index.php/blog/categories?start=5
http://www.financeglobe.com/index.php/blog/categories?start=10

Am I testing this correctly?

Another question, I cannot seem to find the css conflict for the toolbar .tips - notice how the element is not shown on top? z-index does not fix this.

I've applied some fix in your *template manager* /css/template.css in the current site theme
