redirect after registration

I have wondered all component from admin section there is not any option to redirect after registration. I want to redirect my page after registration. Now i am using 1.2.20 Version. Also i have checked all the plugins and module as well as. If this is not possible So please let me know from code So i'll modify in code and will do it .
Please help me this is very important to me.

We do not actually have a settings for this unfortunately. By the way, it looks like your account isn't tied up with any subscriptions on our site. Is there any mistake on our end?
