Redirect after purchase and Google Analytics

Hi there,

I'd like to (1) send user to a custom URL after their purchase and (2) use Google Analytics to register the sales. And, as far as I can understand, I have to choose on or another. Is that correct?

My point: The Google Analytics code are fired in the thanks page. If I have a redirect url in the Plan, the Google Analytics code isnt't fired at thanks page because the redirect occurs too fast.

And I can't change the url in the button at thanks page.

Any workaround?

Hey,

Yes, redirect occur on thanks page quickly if url set in plan.
There is two possibility

1. Increase the redirection time , meaning to say user stay on thanks page for some seconds then redirect.
2. another change the "Procees to Dashbaord" button url.

which would you like to prefer , so i'll assist you accordingly.

Hey Orlando.

You need to do the changes in below mentioned file path.
root\components\com_payplans\themes\wireframe\thanks\default\default.php

see attached screenshot where you need to do the changes.

Do the changed using template override , so changes will not lost after update.
