Hello! On my site, I have two login options: 1) with Facebook credentials, 2) with the standard username/password. When a user logs in via method #2, they stay on their current page after login. But when a user logs in via method #1, they are redirected to profile/dashboard/. Essentially, I'd like both logins to remain on their current page after login. Is there an override I can setup to make that happen?

Thanks -- Philip
Hello Philip,

Currently, it's not possible to override or change the settings for this but if you really need to modify the redirection URL, you will need to modify the file /components/com_easysocial/views/registration/view.html.php at line 427

Thanks Mark. Is there a way to keep users on their current page? I'd hate to redirect them to somewhere else.

Hello Philip,

Thanks Mark.

I implemented the line change you suggested [along with any other instance I could find] and it's still redirecting to the dashboard.

Here's what I changed:
return $this->redirect(FRoute::dashboard(array(), false));
to
return $this->redirect('http://jh-design.com/clients/pwestover/marathons');

Is there something obvious I'm missing?

Philip, I strongly recommend you consider JFBConnect, it is incredible. The amount of control you get is great

Hello Philip,

Try replacing the line at line 274 and see if it helps.
