Hi,

I just noticed that the red notification is not always disappearing after reading the meassage in its page. I have taken a picture of what I mean. I just refreshed the page though and it went away, so I guess it always goes away in time, I just thought Id let you know it lingers sometimes.

Hello Katie,

It will automatically go away depending on how long you have configured the interval of polling the notification count. It's configurable in the back end settings of EasySocial.

The setting is located from your backend > EasySocial > setting > alert
