We have fixed plans, but it seems that the PayPal app creates a recurring invoice ? Is this true ? There is no real documentation on this that I can see.
Hello Cristy,

I have checked your site and found that about a year ago you have changed student plan to fixed from recurring.
See attached screen shot.

So for the user who purchased this plan before updating to fixed, it will work as recurring. Because these changes will applicable for user's who purchase plan after change (recurring to fixed).
So for previous subscriber's it will work as recurring payment.

Let me know if you have any confusion.

I understand. There must be some way to change this ? These plans were set up by a prior designer, and were never supposed to be recurring.

Hello Christy,

You need to cancel the existing recurring subscription (cancel from your paypal merchant account). So further payments will not completed. Then after expiration time subscription will get expire , after that user can subscribe plan again.

Let me know if you have any confusion.
