Recover password not working

Hello,

My recover password feature does not appear to be working. Many users have reported that the system is not sending them a recover link/key.

Thanks Fidel, by the way I can't reproduce this issue on your site. I just tried to reset my account password and I receive an email.

1.Received email as you can see here, http://screencast.com/t/j9VSYMribrZ

2. Once I clicked on the link, I am brought to this page, http://screencast.com/t/Dfxohs6ogG

3. Upon entering the username and token, I am brought to this page, http://screencast.com/t/VgpGPIMyEqrG

4. Entered my desired passwords and I was able to login with my new password
