I enabled recaptcha as per the documentation; I got a site key and secret key from Google and entered them.

I still get the message:
"Error - reCAPTCHA plugin needs a site key to be set in its parameters. Please contact a site administrator." when I try to sign in to test the Comments. (I have only just started using this plugin - or trying to use it - even though I first purchased it a year ago).
Hey there,

Can you assign this account's privilege to Super User so that I can have a better check if not I can't continue to check as shown in the screenshot?

Can you make a screenshot of your current configuration of reCAPTCHA so that I can have a better too?

For your information, Komento and Joomla support reCAPTCHA v2 only currently.

Thanks for your understanding.

Hello again

I did initially set it up as reCaptcha v3, but after reading your response I tried v2. Still no luck.

I have changed the user to a Super User as requested.

Attached find the screendump requested.

Hey there,

I just checked and tested on your site and it seems that the recaptcha is rendering and working fine as shown in the screenshot.

Can you have a try and see how it goes?

Hello again

As per my first email - the issue has always been that when anyone clicks on "sign up", the following message comes up: ""Error. reCAPTCHA plugin needs a site key to be set in its parameters. Please contact a site administrator."

I just tried again, and got that same message. See the screendump below.

Hey there,

At first, I thought that you were referring to Komento but it seems that you are referring to Joomla Registration form.

It seems that your CAPTCHA - reCAPTCHA plugin does not have the Site key and Secret key.

Can you fill in into it and see how it goes?

Hi

Your answer gave me a clue to what happened. I didn't realise that it was referring to the reCAPTCHA for my contact page. I thought, since it came up when I tried to post comments, that it referred to the one entered in the Komento section.
