ReCaptcha only on registration

I want the ReCaptcha to be required only when a user registers. I currently have the field under Basic Information. As a user makes any change to there profile, it's required to be clicked each time they make a change. Is there a way to make it only required during the registration and preferably not displayed afterwards in the profile?

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I already help you disable that reCaptcha custom field do not appear on user during edit their profile page setting from backend, it should work fine now.
