Hello, I cannot get the recaptcha to work, and never have but now that we have ssl and migrated the site to a higher security standard, we need this fixed. Please provide the necessary support to help with this.

Thanks

Martin
Seems you've configure it correctly as far as I checked.
Is it possible for you to provide us with the FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

You can add the information needed by edit your first post in the Details section or you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies

By the way Martin, as I suspect there is lots of customization happened in that page, once I inspect the page, seems like the recaptcha div have been commented out http://take.ms/3LFgx
May I know do you have make the customization on that page?

Hi there.

I am very sorry. The original developer may have done that I am not sure. Can you recommend me what I should so?

Hi Martin,

My colleague has helped you to uncomment the section already and now the recaptcha shows correctly http://take.ms/rNOG5
