reCAPTCHA not working

Hi, guys,

I bought the Komento plugin and it looked like everything was going great.

I created a new api key on my google account see attached, created last week now a new key created today.

Set the reCAPTCHA option in the Komento settings as per documentation.

Tried activating joomla reCAPTCHA plugin and then tried it without the joomla reCAPTCHA pugin?

So at a loss guys, tried looking for posting relating to reCAPTCHA but nothing. Unfortunately your documentation screen grabs are out of date but I submitted the api key in both the 'site key' field and the 'secret key' field as google only give a single key when generating a key.

Need to get this running for my client asap. I'll raise a seperate ticket for the notification not working.

So I reply you on this thread regarding this issue.

From what I checked in your screenshot, I noticed that your Recaptcha type is tickbox instead of checkbox (screenshot: https://monosnap.com/file/32RtXtU3nlA6LqGpVwdlnW6il0zLSP ), I am not sure how you can select this type from your configuration page.

By the way, I did try to create a new Recaptcha key from my account and added your site domain, it seems to render the Recaptcha correctly, you can check my attached screenshot below.

This is my current Recaptcha site and secret key:

For now, I've reverted back the Recaptcha key to the original from your setting.

Just for your information, the Joomla ReCaptcha plugin is not related to the Komento extension.

The screenshot you provided seems like totally different from what I see on the Recaptcha configuration setting page.

Can you try to access this page https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin then select "reCAPTCHA v2" (screenshot: https://monosnap.com/file/30A4UvuPimtk6uF6WqGr7X2MSHer91 )

It will show you the "Site key" and "secret key" after you register.

By the way, you provided that login account does not have permission to access backend Komento configuration setting, this is what I hit now (screenshot: https://monosnap.com/file/ttAwIwxll43YcctXuqD3HGOQ7mfSqF )
