I have created a recaptcha field in the backend and enable the plugin but it's still not showing. What am I doing wrong?

You need to fill in this fields in Application settings: http://screencast.com/t/BbdKqvvBeurC . You can get the Public and Private key here: https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin . Hope this helps.

Followed your instructions, using custom field as described, set keys and well, I cannot see the plugin activated in frontend unfortunately, when user registers, seems it is just not there...
