Based on what i checked, it seems like Recaptcha custom field doesn't add into your user workflow yet, in order to show this field you have to add this Recaptcha custom field into your user workflow from backend > Easysocial > custom fields > workflows > edit user workflow > press add button > choose Recaptcha field

By the way, I did tried add Recaptcha field into your site just now, but Google return you this error http://take.ms/K0sQ9 , perhaps you can check with your current Recaptcha key from your Google account and see whether you put the correct site domain before you retrieve those public/secret key?
