Is it possible to add reCaptcha 2 to the registration?
Yep, all you need to do is to add the recaptcha field in the profile type's custom fields section, http://take.ms/BjWiQ

Yes, I found that, and also added this to the registration page. But it is not showing at all, which I dont understand.
